Allari Naresh and Kamna Jethmalani are pairing up for ‘Kathi Kantharao’ directed by EVV Satyanarayana and produced by Edara Srinivas, Edara Ravikumar, Edpuganti Purnachandra Rao and Edpuganti Subramaneswara Rao on the banner of Big B Productions.

As per the director Kantharao is the name of a police constable. However, he is quite sharp while dealing with critical cases. Surprisingly, he solves many critical cases out of sheer coincidence or with his sharp ideas. None in his department whichever high post he handles will never dare to deal with him. Once this talented police loses his heart to a girl and how he wriggled out of the problems faced thereafter had to be watched on the screen.

Naresh and Kamna are playing the police and his lover. The shooting of the film is over and the post-production works are in progress now.

The director sounded confident that the film would be a laughing riot. Mallikarjun is scoring music for the movie.
